Sara Mitchell works for IBM at their Hursley Development Lab in the UK. She is a team lead for WebSphere Application Server WebServices development, leading the WS-Addressing deliveries over several years. More recently she has been looking at the Spring Framework and how WebSphere can be used to run Spring applications.
